Profile
The world where Cad Bane, a bounty hunter, delivered the Hutt Ziro after freeing him during the Clone Wars, and where around 14 ABY the Hutt Twins kept Din Djarin and Rotta prisoner in their palace. This hot, swampy planet in Hutt Space is the Hutt homeworld, where the Grand Hutt Council sits.

Description
During the Clone Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi and Quinlan Vos came to Nal Hutta after the Hutt Ziro, whom the bounty hunter Cad Bane had freed and brought here. Around 14 ABY the Hutt Twins held Rotta captive in their palace, and later Din Djarin as well, once Embo had brought him in. When the Mandalorian came back for Rotta, the Twins were devoured during the fight by their own dragonsnake, and New Republic starfighters then destroyed the palace.
Grogu hid Din Djarin, poisoned by the dragonsnake's venom, in the swamps of Nal Hutta and, while looking for food, came upon the fisherman Gatori. Gatori fought off a giant frog to save the child and, on learning of the bite, mixed a herbal antidote for the Mandalorian. Nal Hutta had not always been a swamp: it was once a world of many cities, but during the Drengir crisis of the High Republic Era its jungles spread dramatically.
