At Attin
Profile
Pirates invaded At Attin around 9 ABY; afterwards the Barrier was gone and the New Republic learned the planet existed. Before that the Barrier had hidden this wooded Outer Rim world from the rest of the galaxy, its people labored on the Old Republic's Great Work, and outsiders knew At Attin only as a legend of boundless riches.

Description
No stars can be seen from At Attin: the sky is covered by the Barrier, a grid of red lights above green clouds, and crossing it without permission is forbidden. The people of this world of hills and woodland live in a city and the suburbs around it and work as analysts and statisticians, while droids answering to the Supervisor look after the roads, trams, schools and public order.
The planet's mint produced Old Republic credits, which gave rise to pirate songs and rumors of a world of eternal treasure. Jod Na Nawood's pirates invaded At Attin around 9 ABY but were defeated; the Barrier was destroyed, and the New Republic learned that such a planet existed. At Attin was one of nine worlds the Republic had hidden, known as the Old Republic's Jewels; the others, the astronomer Kh'ymm said, had been destroyed.
