Embo captures Din Djarin on Nevarro

The Hutt Twins decided Din Djarin had broken their deal by not delivering Rotta and sent the Kyuzo Embo, a bounty hunter active since the Clone Wars, after him. With his new anooba Keibu, Embo tracked the Mandalorian to Nevarro, where Clan Mudhorn had a homestead outside the city. Din had just hired the Anzellan droidsmiths to modify his new ship and had sent Rotta into hiding aboard a cargo tanker. At night, in the rain, Din's blurrgs sensed a stranger. Din hid Grogu and the Anzellans under a trapdoor and sealed the windows with metal shutters. Embo tried to get in through the roof, but Din tracked his heat signature and set off a grav charge, dropping him through the ceiling. In the struggle Embo blinded Din with a flash and drew him outside so Keibu could grab Grogu. The child escaped with three Anzellans, but Keibu carried off their leader, Minch. Embo caught Din himself in a stun net and reported his catch to the Twins. On their orders he loaded the prisoners aboard his ship, the Guillotine, and set course for Nal Hutta. Waking in a cell, Din tricked Keibu into releasing Minch, but Embo knocked him out again. Grogu and the remaining Anzellans came out of hiding, resolved to rescue Din and Minch, and followed in their tiny Anzellan starship.
