Lyco Strata

Profile

At the ship of the Hidden Path, the Jedi-hiding network, the young Padawan Lyco Strata changed his mind about leaving and stayed with Asajj Ventress. The two had met under the Empire: having lived through Order 66, the boy was hiding from stormtroopers and an Inquisitor when Ventress came to his aid, and when the Inquisitor caught up with them, Lyco himself cut him down.

Description

In the ticket office of a desert town's spaceport, Lyco Strata, a Padawan who had outlived the destruction of the Jedi Order and was hiding from the Empire on his own, tried to buy a seat on a ship, but he was short of money and his mind trick had no effect on the woman selling tickets. Asajj Ventress, who worked as the office's guard, came to his rescue, and the two of them wiped out a squad of stormtroopers.

Lyco told Ventress about the Hidden Path, which Quinlan Vos had founded. When an Inquisitor caught up with them, it was the boy who seized both lightsabers and struck the killing blow. Even after learning that his rescuer had once served Count Dooku as an assassin, he stayed by her side, and he helped the bounty hunter Latts Razzi raid an Imperial shipyard by explaining how to get around the Imperial sensors.

Razzi later tried to sell Lyco, but Ventress forced her to hand over the Path's coordinates. On a desert planet Lyco, who knew the language of the local raiders, helped them strike a water deal with an old veteran, and Ventress called him her friend. At the canyon where the Path's ship was about to depart, he first headed toward the refugees, then turned back and resolved to stay with Ventress.
