An Inquisitor whom Cal Kestis defeated twice. In 14 BBY she and the Second Sister hunted him on Bracca, later she lost a fight to him on Kashyyyk, and in 9 BBY, after executing Senator Daho Sejan on Coruscant, she died in another duel with Cal. This Dowutin had studied under the Jedi in her past.

Description
On Bracca in 14 BBY the Inquisitors Second Sister and Ninth Sister chased Cal Kestis, and the Ninth held the fugitive suspended over a drop with the Force. Later, at the top of a giant tree on Kashyyyk, the Dowutin, who had once studied under the Jedi, attacked Cal and lost: he severed her hand and threw her down.
In 9 BBY the Ninth Sister intercepted Cal's team on Coruscant and executed Senator Daho Sejan, charging him with harboring a traitor. Another duel, fought in the city's lower levels, also went to Cal. He called his opponent by her former name, Masana Tide, and urged her to leave her pain behind, but when he saw that she would not back down, he killed her.
